We have our Offshore Development Centre in Bangalore, India. We have operations in South-East Asia and Japan. We are now expanding to other countries in Africa and Middle-East.
We are currently recruiting QA Leads / Technical Leads /Project Co-ordinators for our International Banking and e-Governance projects.
Introduction:
International Banking / eGovernance projects
Involves Large Transaction - Centric Client Server and Web based applications
Involves J2EE (JSP, Servlets, Struts, EJB) and .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET)
Involves multiple databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
Responsibilities:
Quality Management across various phases of SDLC
Ensuring Quality of final deliveries
Co-ordination with user team for Requirements analysis/Design
Co-ordination with Development team for timely deliveries with 100% quality
Developing Functional Test conditions & performing Functional & Non functional testing
Co-ordination with user team for UAT and Final acceptance
Ensuring relevant documentation formats are put in place across various phases of SDLC
Ensuring & Tracking project deliveries
Usage of relevant tools for Testing / QA management / Tracking
Pre-requisities
Atleast 3 to 6 years of experience in handling QA functions for various phases of SDLC
Must be aware of SDLC processes
Must have independently handled multiple levels of testing including Unit level, Functional, Non functional and UAT
Must have good knowledge of documentation formats for Test cases, Test Management, Test plan etc.
Exposure to team management is an added advantage
Exposure to customer management is an added advantage
Must have passport and must be willing to travel to International locations in South east Asia
