The Bangalore trip I planned with future vacation was all fine except one thing and that is the accommodation was not up to the mark as they told us it would be. They promised us a luxury accommodation but it was merely such as it was promised. So I lodged a complaint to them and they not only brought me positive feedback and offer me compensation but also they changed their trip plans accordingly for the future trips. It is a real modest thing and it really made me happy.
