Compliance towards defined brand standards, corporate guidelines and RPES/standard operating procedures
Achieve targeted guest satisfaction scores for the entire department
Induction of new joinees
Intra department coordination with Engineering, Front Office, Food and Beverage and others
Indenting and requisitioning of Housekeeping supplies
Responsible for cleanliness, order and appearance of the assigned area
1Inspects each room after the staff completes, according to the prescribed standard
Ensure adherence with the standard placement.
Train the team with new implementation or any changes time to time
Ensure that the room attendant are making 16 rooms in their shift.
Checks par stocks of linen and guest supplies and cleaning supplies on floors and ensure
Account for the movement of linen on the floors
Prepare Housekeeping occupancy lists for front office
Check all maid carts to ensure they are well stocked with linen and supplies as per standard layout
Follow up on maintenance with engineering
Upkeep and maintenance of equipments
Record all lost and found items found


The candidate will be responsible for handling housekeeping operations on a particular shift, supervising cleaning activities on the floor and in public areas, handling guest requests and complaints, and assisting the EHK in day to day operations.
