To be able to answer and assist all guest inquiries efficiently and in a timely manner.
To greet and escort all guest to the appropriate venue
To anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guest, however busy.
Responsible for food and beverage service in the area assigned to him/ her.
Managing the guests,
Ensure the required food items & snacks are delivered on time
Ensure to provide proficient and professional Food & Beverage service to the guests by meeting and also exceeding their expectations.
Welcome the guests by greeting them as per the standards.
Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure to attend to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding the food and services.
