Experience: 1-3 Yrs
Technical Tools
3 years relevant web programming experience with PHP, HTML/XHTML, JavaScript and CSS
Experience of working in Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, Prestashop, Magento etc.
3 years minimum experience working with relational database systems such as MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle and a good working knowledge of SQL
Excellent knowledge of complex algorithms
Experience with social networking APIs, mainly Facebook and Twitter
Demonstrated experience in building dynamic websites
Experience in building Ecommerce websites, Big Web Portals
Experience in making customized websites and web portals
Experience using AJAX, jQuery,
Development experience using extensible web authoring tools and CMS like Drupal, Joomla
Knowledge of HTML5 and Mobile website development experience is a plus
Self-starter with strong self-management skills
Social App Development / Mobile App Development is a BIG PLUS
Other Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication.
Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment.
Able to handle a team and get the projects completed before deadline
Able to perform under pressure and exuberate leadership quality
Able to assign work to the team members
