Qualification: PUC/Any Degree
Positions: 3
Experience: 4-6 Yrs
Salary: 15,000 + Food and Accommodation
Supervise the mis-en-place and other preparations in the department.
Ensure that all food products are qualitative and adhere to the standards set by the Chef.
Help Sous chef in preparing the duty roster.
Assign daily duties to staff.
