Job Description: Experienced Marketing Skills with good communication and convincing skills: Coordinator / Administration / Secretory / HR
Job Responsibility: 1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. Excellent communication, Presentable and analytical skills.
3. Should have great interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
4. Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks.
5. Multi-Tasking is the key.
6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Internet Savvy.
7. Handling incoming & outgoing calls and managing reception area.
8. Handling clients and preparing quotation and sending.
9. Responding to Email & FAQ.
10. Handling all general and important work related to the office administration.
11. Interacting with designer team and project management team.
12. Responsible for updating Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports.
13. Ensuring smooth functioning of allied terms like Front Desk, Housekeeping, Pantry, and Vendor dealing and taking necessary approvals as per requirement.
14. Assisting in the ordering and receiving of materials as per the requirements.
15. Have to take care of recruitment process.
16. Preparing Offer Letter/Appointment Letter/Relieving Letter and with formalities and updating leave records of the employees.
17. Coordinate to arrange ID cards to the new joiners and seating allotment and mail ID creation and opening salary account for the new joiners.
