Job Title : Manager Corporate Sales & Marketing.
Division : Sales, Marketing & Consulting Services.

Roles & Responsibilities
•Single point of contact for key Enterprise clients, understand their business model and help them in automating the same by providing IT services.
•Manage and responsible for developing these accounts nationally/ internationally.
•Responsible for contributing quality information on market, industry, competition, account information & business analysis.
•Develop a strategic relationship with the accounts, which is mutually beneficial .
•Serve as a single point of contact for customers for scheduling Public or Corporate training courses and getting nominations for the same.
•Maintaining excellent relationship at the CTO’s, IT Heads, Quality Heads, Operations Managers, IT Managers, Training Head, Training Managers, IT and Business Heads and team member all level and gaining mindshare of the customer by offering a complete solution.
•Responsible for customer retention within highly competitive markets.
•Responsible for the funnel generation, sales cycle, creating business opportunities, negotiations.
•Focused on revenue generation and customer satisfaction for the key accounts.
•Following up with leads generated from website, phone calls, referrals etc.
•Supporting all the events like training programs, meetings, telecom etc.
•Creating MIS reports for weekly review.
•Aggressively meets the sales targets provided by FFW on daily, Weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis.
Skills Required : Go getter, Honest, Smart, Integrity, Yes, I can do thinking and approach. Good command over English. Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience : 3-5 years in IT Services/ Trainings Consulting, Sales or Marketing.
