• The duration of ITIL®2011 Foundation training is 2 days.
• It is a Classroom based training with Interactive sessions and Group discussions
• The participants will be provided with assignments and mock papers during the training and that will help them to prepare for the actual examination.

About our trainer:

Mr. Abhinav Krishna is an experienced campaigner in IT service management. He holds ITIL V3 Expert certificate along with PMP. He has developed and implemented ITIL processes in global corporations for achieving ISO20k certification. He is an experienced ITIL trainer who is also active on the web under the alias – Abhinav Kaiser. He has earlier worked for Accenture and Atos.
