Business Development Executive - Bangalore

Adsoft Solutions require a Business Development executives for the generation and development of both inbound and outbound new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be a consummate and credible sales professional selling a Websites and other IT related Products and Services to Marketing Directors and Managing Directors of major brands and blue chip companies. The role is focussed purely on new business and is suited to people who are ‘sales hungry’ and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.

Responsible to: Client Services Director
External relationships: Blue chip and SME clients to director level on both marketing and technical teams
Internal relationships: Senior Management, Account Manager team, Technical team, Marketing, Finance and Administration .
Salary: Rs.15,000 plus uncapped commission
Hours: 9am – 6 pm
Location: Bangalore

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

Ø Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
Ø Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’
Ø Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises
Ø Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
Ø A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
Ø Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
Ø Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
Ø Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
Ø Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ø A positive attitude to dealing with people
Ø Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual
Ø Driving license (own Vehicle is preferable)
Ø A sound understanding of the Bangalore online marketing sector would be a distinct advantage
