Job Specification:
• Knowledge of windows (xp, win7, vista,...) and linux Operating Systems.
• Knowledge of my sql and should be able to write basic queries.
• Problems solving and troubleshooting.
• Dynamic and flexible to fulfill client projects and organization needs.
• punctual and focus with given deadlines.
Job Description:
• Handling client queries satisfactorily. Software Demo presentation in client place
• Coordinate with technical team and customers for addressing customers queries.
• Quickly learn product features and utilize the same to respond and handle customer queries.
• Report issue related to product / solution and track for their resolution.
• Testing of product / solution and reporting bugs or suggesting enhancements to technical team.
• Regularly work on task and client issue and.
• Resolve them on time with sufficient troubleshooting.
• Should build and maintain relationship with customers.
• Regularly produce required supports as per scheduale or on need basis.
• Install and configure product / solution at client end including databased and operating
systems.
