Job Description: Preparing a BOQ & supervising the site with contractor and labors for the assigned project completing on time.

Job Responsibility: Should have excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
Should be working with a committed team of talented designers to deliver high quality solutions in a fast paced and innovative development environment.
Project viability studies since concept stage by preparing initial budget prior to the detailed design to establish whether the project is feasible in terms of the client’s financial budget.
Value engineering for management interpretation/development by monitoring the design so that the cost stays within client’s budget. Working on possible alternate technologies with the pricing.
Evaluating the submitted tenders, analyzing with rate analysis, comparatives with new rates, old or reference data’s, and reporting on the suitability thereof.
Establishing what the client wants to achieve and the budget available for the project.
Acting as a support to Project Manager, participant to site progress meetings and design team meetings etc. to manage the workload.
Does rigorous follow ups and gets work done from contractors at site.
Considering the needs of people who will use the building.
Detailing to scale the construction and finish of all areas of the project & writing specification of works including schedules for Finishes, Ironmongery & equipment. Enhance the Function, Safety & aesthetics of interior spaces.

Desired Profile: Minimum 1 years of experience as a Site Engineer with the above skill set.
Good understanding of standards & creativity with perfection.
Select Samples, Flooring, Carpet & paint to be approved by client.
Plan architectural detail & surveying buildings.
Getting & planning schedules for the projects.
Builds cordial relationships with vendors, contractors.
Should be able to check, verify and approve the bills of contractors for future payments, MIS reporting daily, weekly and monthly.
Should be Expert in preparation of reconciliation for all the material verification of the external agencies bills & measurements.
Negotiating the contract sums with the individual contractors.
Implements the design changes from the client in no time.
Preparing cash flow predictions monthly, yearly and preparing the final account, assessment of variation, thus determining the final cost.
Should be able to prepare list of raw material requirement at site.
Settlement of the final costs with the contractor and sub-contractors.
Must be a fast learner, willing to deliver cutting edge design solutions to the global clients.
