• Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred
• Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
• Should be open to work in Night shifts.

• Responsible for dealing with International Clients(Outbound)
• Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.(Outbound)
Job Description(inbound)- Females only:
• Answering Inbound calls
• Resolving Customer Queries regarding Product
• Taking Order and Cancelation
• Attending Greeting Calls
• Schedule, cancel and postpone the appointments
• Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred
• Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.

QUALIFICATION: 10th/12th/Graduate
EXPERIENCE: 0 months to 3 Years in International Voice
SHIFT: Night shifts
REMUNERATION: Salary Up to 3 Lacs (Not a constraint for right candidates)
