Role: Account Software Representative

Education & Experience:
Minimum - degree or equivalent, 1-7 Years relevant experience
Preferred - Bachelor's degree or comparable education/experience is preferred. A minimum of 1 to 7 years of successfully selling products is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Proven account management or other business relevant experience preferably in the accounting industry
•As the lead point of contact for all matters specific to new customers
•Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
•As a trusted advisor to key accounts.
•Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
•Delivering solutions in a timely manner according to company needs and objectives
•Tracking and managing new clients assigned account territory
•Identifying and cultivating opportunities within a designated sales territory
•Assisting with highly complex requests or crucial issues
•Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
•Be proficient with mainstream business management software such as tally, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as exhibit common business sense.
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
•Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Salary: INR 3,00,000 per year plus incentives.
Work Place: Bangalore city.
Training and Support: Training period of 7 working days and Regular backend team support and technical team support provided.
Interview: Process conducted in 2 grounds and selected candidates forwarded to training.
Time of Interview: Every day between 3pm to 5pm.
