•Headed Service and Quality for Bangalore.
•Conducting minimum of four trainings in the branches on topics related to service process and issues along with completion of ten branch visits in a month. During branch visits audit requirements, communication channels and compliance checklist are checked for accuracy.
•Ensure complaint tracking and resolution within TAT by the branches for the region with follow ups.
•Tracking service query login in system on a daily basis and ensure the queries are resolved within TAT across region .
•Conducting meeting with various departments to discuss service related issues if any and provide them the resolution.
