Recruitment Lead - Bangalore

Recruitment Lead (IT/ITES):
Responsible for End-End recruitment.
Responsible for co-ordinating with the clients.
Responsible for gathering the requirements speaking with the client hiring panel, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, walk-in etc
headhunting, social networking, job postings, taking care of internal recruits, training, mentoring juniors, fixing targets and see to it the team achieves it successfully, contributing towards growth of company revenue etc..
Responsible for co-ordinating the complete interview, collecting the feedback's, convincing the candidate to join after he/she is offered.
Maintaining personal database of all the pre-screened candidates and processing them when there is a matching requirement.
Salary negotiation with client, attending the meetings, addressing in-house meets, taking care of internal recruits, training, mentoring juniors, fixing targets to individuals and see to it they achieve, finding measures as to improve growth of company revenue.
Acting as a SPOC for all the clients and delivering the deliverable in time.
Preparing the MIS reports.
