Branch Manager Job Description:
- Should have min 3-5 years experience in Insurance ie into recruitment of insurance advisors / agents
- BM package – upto 6 lakhs per annum
- BM to form a team of freelancers who will be paid based on Variables ( Off role )
- The candidate should be currently posted at Bangalore and not on any other place.
Recruitment tips:
- Search the candidates in the designation ie Agency Manager or Senior Agency Manager in any of the leading insurance companies based on Bangalore
- In general, they will be currently drawing Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 35,000/- per month
- We are ready to offer them Rs. 50,000/- per month plus incentives with the designation of Branch Manager which is their dream designation down the line in 3-5 years.
