Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate of any college course;
- With at least 2 years work experience as a Team Leader or as Supervisor;
- Ability to supervise well in a data processing team-working environment;
- Must have strong leadership, organization, and positive motivational skills;
- 2-4 yr experience in Data Appending/ Analysis, Custom List Building, List Management, Phone & FAX Appending, Data & Reverse Appending
- Good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Access,
- Knowledge in Jigsaw, Hoovers, Spoke and other database tools.


Job Description

The Data Team Manager will be responsible for managing 15-20 data process team members, ensuring that daily processes are accurate and correct by interacting with associates and conducting data monitors and managing the Quality Assurance programs. The Data Team Manager will be responsible for analyzing daily, weekly and monthly reports of team member’s performance and communicating results to management.

To oversee the operations and completion of assigned project tasks in a team through effectively and efficiently utilizing its resources, and to achieve timelines in the delivery of projects.
