Introduction to the course:

• The duration of ITIL V3 Foundation training is 2 days.
• It is a Classroom based training with Interactive sessions and Group discussions
• One hour online examination with 40 multiple choice questions , 26 (65%) is required for passing.
• The participants will be provided with assignments and 2 mock papers on the last day of the training and that will help them to prepare for the actual examination.
